We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are published on the www.mmazone.co.uk website, as shown above.

Whenever you place an order, you may be asked to review and accept the current Terms & Conditions to ensure that you are aware of the latest version.

1. Use of the Website

The website is provided free of charge for your personal use and is subject to these Terms & Conditions. By accessing or using the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

All text, graphics, software, images and other materials displayed on the website are owned by MMA Zone or are used with permission.

You may view the website and print pages solely for the purpose of placing an order with MMA Zone. Any other use, reproduction, distribution or copying of the website or its content is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

2. Internet Orders

Before submitting your order, you will have the opportunity to review your order and correct any input or ordering errors.

Once you submit your order, we will provide you with an Order Reference Number and details of the products you have ordered. We will also send these details to you by email as confirmation that we have received your order.

Please note that this email is an Order Acknowledgement only and does not constitute acceptance of your order.

If we are unable to authorise your payment for any reason, we will notify you and may offer an alternative payment method or suggest that you visit our store.

Please be aware that products, prices and offers available in our physical store may differ from those displayed on the website.

Orders may also be placed by email, post, fax or telephone.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on the website are in UK pounds sterling (£). Unless otherwise stated, prices include any applicable VAT but exclude delivery charges.

The total cost of your order will consist of:

• The price of the products ordered.
• Any applicable delivery charges.
• Any other charges clearly displayed before you submit your order.

The total amount payable will be shown clearly in your shopping basket before you complete your purchase. Delivery charges are exclusive of VAT where applicable.

Prices, products and promotional offers are subject to availability and may change before we accept your order. If a product becomes unavailable, we may offer you a suitable alternative or remove the unavailable item from your order.

Pricing Errors

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that all information displayed on our website is accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.

If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we reserve the right to cancel the order at any time before the product is dispatched, even if you have already received an order confirmation.

Where this occurs, we will contact you and give you the option to continue with the order at the correct price or cancel the order.

If we cancel your order, any payments already made for the affected order will be refunded in full.

Payment Methods

We accept most major credit and debit cards. Payment will normally be taken when your order is processed.

PayPal is accepted for most products on our website. PayPal cannot be used to purchase weapons, including rubber, wooden or metal weapons, in accordance with PayPal's Terms & Conditions.

Payment by cheque is accepted, but goods will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared into our account. Please allow up to five working days for cheque clearance.

Cheques must be made payable to MMA Zone. Where applicable, the cheque card guarantee number and expiry date should be clearly written on the reverse of the cheque.

We cannot accept third-party cheques or credit cards.

If a cheque is returned to our bank unpaid for any reason, a £25.00 administration charge will be payable by the customer.

Any reasonable costs incurred through the use of a debt recovery agency may also be passed on to the customer.

Ownership of goods will remain with MMA Zone until full payment has been received.

4. Delivery and Courier Services

Some deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

If nobody is available to accept a signed-for parcel, the parcel may be held at the local courier depot for up to three days. If the parcel is not collected within this period, it may be returned to MMA Zone at a cost of £6.99.

Where a parcel is returned to us because it could not be delivered or collected, a £6.99 return charge plus a further £5.99 redelivery charge may be payable by the customer before the goods are resent.

If you believe nobody will be available at the delivery address, we recommend providing an alternative address where someone will be available to accept the parcel.

A. Delivery Areas

We offer delivery worldwide.

For international orders, please contact us separately for applicable postal and courier charges.

Most deliveries must be signed for, except for smaller items sent by post that can safely fit through your letterbox.

Please retain any delivery receipt or documentation supplied with your goods.

B. Delivery Charges and Options

Delivery times are estimates and are subject to courier operating schedules.

Couriers generally deliver Monday to Friday. For example, a 24-hour delivery service purchased on a Friday before the applicable cut-off time will normally be delivered on the following Monday, excluding Bank Holidays.

Small and lightweight items sent by Royal Mail are generally delivered Monday to Saturday.

If circumstances outside our control prevent the selected delivery service from being fulfilled, the courier may downgrade the service. Where appropriate, we will refund the difference between the service paid for and the service provided.

Delivery Surcharges

Additional delivery surcharges apply to certain geographical areas.

Zone 2 – Scottish Highlands and Islands

This includes, but is not limited to, the following postcode areas:

IV, HS, KA27–28, KW, PA20–49, PA60–78, PH17–26, PH30–44 and ZE.

An additional surcharge of £5.99 plus VAT will be added to the applicable standard delivery charge.

Zone 3 – Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly

This includes the following postcode areas:

BT, IM and TR21–25.

We make every reasonable effort to keep delivery charges as low as possible. The applicable charge may depend on the type, size and weight of the products ordered, the delivery service selected and whether the products can be dispatched together.

Unless otherwise stated, only one standard delivery charge applies per order.

The applicable delivery charge will be displayed during checkout before you submit your order.

Occasionally, website software may incorrectly calculate delivery charges based on product weight or dimensions. If this occurs and the website has charged more than the actual applicable delivery cost, we may contact you and adjust the delivery charge to the appropriate standard rate.

Large and Oversized Products

Additional delivery charges may apply to large, heavy or oversized products.

This may include, but is not limited to:

• Wooden staffs over 60 inches in length.
• Punching bags.
• Wing Chun dummies.
• Other unusually large or heavy items.
